Jacopo Giunta is responsible for the IT department of Studio A&C and carries out consultancy activities on the protection of personal data and has prepared technical/legal adaptation projects to EU Regulation 2016/679 for companies, multinationals and professionals operating in the following sectors: medical, automotive, trade and production of electrical and hydraulic components, retail trade, web services, digital marketing and e-commerce;
- he is DPO of Physiotherapy and Sports Medicine Centers and consultant of the DPO of companies operating in the ICT sector;
- is a contract lecturer on at the MADAB "Master of High Apprenticeship in Data Science for Business Intelligence" organized by Despina Lab, the Big Data Analytics laboratory of the Faculty of Economics and Statistics Cognetti de Martiis "of the University of Turin.
- is a lecturer at the "Theoretical and practical course for the training of the Data Protection Officer" organized by the Council of the Turin Bar with the patronage of Cassa Forense.
– is a founding member and vice president of the People & Privacy Association Jacopo Giunta he is specialized in computer and mobile forensics, he is CIFI certified (Certified Information Forensics Investigator) at IISFA, he is specialized in Computer Forensics & Data Protection at the University of Milan, and deals with the legal technical aspects related to the acquisition and certification of IT evidence in the context of both civil and criminal disputes.
Holder of the IMQ certificate "Internal auditor of the quality management system according to UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 and UNI EN ISO 19011: 2018".
Jacopo Giunta he is a member of IISFA (International Information System Forensics Association), DFA – Digital Forensics Alumni, Fellow at Tech & Law Center and founder, together with Avvocatoti Matteo Chiavassa and Antonio Ciccia Messina, of the People & Privacy Association.
Education and training
Master's Degree in Law obtained in 2011 at the University of Turin, with a thesis on Civil Law "Medical Responsibility: The diagnostic error" – supervisor Prof. Avvocato Pier Giuseppe Monateri.
